So, how does the movie end??
When Richie gets a beating from the local cops after Ivan set him up with a cash drop, he starts to realise that things aren't quite so rosy - ' he was confused by the rocks on the block, but Ivan is ... Ivan is still Ivan from the Block'!! No? Ok, we'll continue...
Richie's nerd friend finds out that Ivan is stealing money from players' accounts, but soon disappears. When Richie wants out, Ivan holds his dad as a hostage, and then to make things worse the local Fed plants drugs in his luggage and blackmails Richie into helping bring Ivan down.
But every cloud and all that, as he's starting to get cosy with Rebecca, Ivan's girl. She lets him in on the scam - that Ivan is setting him up for a big fall, and will pin everything on him before up and leaving.
Richie collects all his money, and starts doing some bribery and corruption on his own.
When the heat is too much, Ivan packs up and leaves the paper trail pointing to Richie before he leaves on a jet plane with Rebecca for his new holiday island. It seems Rebecca has played Richie, who is in way over his head.
But wait it's a double bluff. What Ivan doesn't know is that Richie bribed the pilots, and the plane has landed in Puerto Rico. The Feds show up and handcuff Ivan. Meanwhile Richie and Rebecca escape their clutches and hitch a ride on the jet somewhere warm and away from the dirty Feds.
